Generator Testing

Work Requested:
The contract requires the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents) and the performance of all operations necessary for generator testing.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the New York Power Authority ("the Authority").

Background:
No business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract for generator testing by the Authority within the past five years.

Contract Requirements:

• All supervision, labor, materials, and equipment must be provided, except as otherwise specified in the contract documents.
• All operations required for generator testing must be performed as outlined in the contract documents.

Instructions on Submission:
All companies/contractors must use the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov to obtain instructions on participating in this RFP through ARIBA.

Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA ARIBA do so at their own risk. Incomplete responses may be rejected by the Authority.
