5) Legal advice on Freedom of Information Law and Open Meetings Law;
6) Review and consultation on program policies and procedures;
7) Representation in litigation matters.
Period of Performance
The contract will last for one year from the date of execution with two optional one-year renewals subject to approval by the Mayor and Common Council.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Syracuse, New York.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Fair Employment and Licensure Opportunity Ordinance of the City of Syracuse. They are required to submit various forms including a cover letter, financial disclosure form, prior non-responsibility determination disclosure, workforce diversity form, M/WBE subcontracting draft plan, non-collusive certification, and proposal confirmation.
