Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the restoration of a two-story porch according to the provided architectural drawings and specifications. The scope of work includes:

1. All labor and materials necessary for the completion of the project.
2. Compliance with prevailing wage laws as this is a New York State Public Works project (PRC# 2025006569).
3. A mandatory lead hazard control protocol due to the disturbance of lead-containing materials.
4. Site clean-up and securing all materials at the end of each workday.
5. Scheduling a quality control inspection upon completion before removing equipment and scaffolding.
6. Work hours are restricted to Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, as the residence will be occupied during this time.
