Metal Garage at Robert Moses State Park (Golf Maintenance Yard)

Furnish all material and labor for the supply, delivery, and installation of a 24'x50'x15' single story, prefabricated metal storage garage at the project site. Refer to drawings for building/ project requirements.
The attached drawing is to be used as the Basis of Design to meet the Parks requirements. Slight modifications may be made, upon approval, to better suit the structural needs.
Must supply approved engineered drawings stamped by a registered P.E., include all building loads and calculations. Also submit an approved anchorage design to concrete base conforming with local wind loads.
Total cost should include all necessary fees to complete the installation process.

Background
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking to procure a contractor for the installation of a metal garage at Robert Moses State Park. The goal of this contract is to provide a prefabricated metal storage garage that meets the specific requirements set forth by the agency, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.

Work Details
The contractor will furnish all materials and labor necessary for the supply, delivery, and installation of a 24’x50’x15’ single-story prefabricated metal storage garage at the Golf Maintenance Yard located within Robert Moses State Park. Key requirements include:
