Framery or equal PODS (Furniture)

Work Requested:
The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking qualified vendors to supply various Pods from Framery or equal. These Pods are to be delivered NET FOB Destination, as specified in SUNY at Stony Brook IFB 25/26-151MC.

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the State University of New York (SUNY), Stony Brook West Campus, Procurement Division, located at the Research and Development Campus, 100 Nicolls Road, Stony Brook, New York 11794, United States.

Background:
SUNY has awarded identical or substantially similar procurement contracts for these products within the past five years. This current opportunity is to continue providing Pods that meet the standards and requirements as outlined in the referenced IFB.

Contract Requirements:

• Vendors must provide Pods from Framery or equal in accordance with the specifications detailed in IFB 25/26-151MC.
• All deliveries must be NET FOB Destination to Stony Brook, NY 11794.
• There are no Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contracting goals for this procurement (all goals are 0.00%).
