Five (5) Year Contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Tennant Cleaning Equipment Parts

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is requesting bids for a five-year, all-agency contract for the purchase and delivery of Tennant OEM repair parts and materials. The work under this contract includes:

Supplying genuine Tennant replacement components for various models of MTA-owned Tennant cleaning equipment.
Providing discounted pricing off the manufacturer's list price.
Delivering all parts on an as-needed basis to participating MTA agencies.
Furnishing a comprehensive range of parts, including but not limited to brushes, filters, blades, batteries, hoses, and hardware, as detailed in the accompanying Excel list.
Ensuring only authentic Tennant OEM parts are provided.
Providing inside delivery for all orders.
Supplying current price books, meeting required delivery timelines, and assigning a dedicated representative to support MTA operations.

This solicitation is issued by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

The contract is intended to support the ongoing maintenance and operation of MTA-owned Tennant cleaning equipment. Over the past three years, these goods or services have been purchased from an out-of-state or foreign vendor.

Contract requirements include adherence to warranty, return, insurance, and performance obligations throughout the five-year term.
