Background
Stony Brook University is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive fire suppression services, including repair, maintenance, and testing of various fire suppression systems.
The agency's mission is to ensure the safety and compliance of all fire suppression systems across its campus facilities. This contract aims to maintain the functionality and reliability of these critical systems in accordance with bid specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for the repair, maintenance, replacement in kind, and testing of all Fire Suppression Systems.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Sprinkler Systems (wet, dry, pre-action, and anti-freeze)
- Fire Pumps (wet and dry)
- Standpipes.
Services will be delivered on a time and materials basis to all locations owned or operated by Stony Brook University.
Period of Performance
The contract term is five (5) years.
Place of Performance
All locations owned or operated by Stony Brook University in New York State.
