Rochester Genesee Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to perform inspections (fire safety and property maintenance) at its owned facilities, in accordance with NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and all applicable codes and regulations. Funding for the services being sought under this solicitation include New York State and RGRTA. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
Work Details
The work to be performed includes fire safety and property maintenance inspections at RGRTA's owned facilities, in compliance with the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and all applicable codes and regulations.
The contract term is one (1) year with four (4)-one year terms.

The total MWBE participation goals are 30%, and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal is 6%.
