Work Requested:
Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) seeks to purchase Ergotron Mosaic LCD Carts and related equipment. Vendors are invited to provide these products or an approved equivalent.

Requesting Entity:
This procurement is being conducted by Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH).

Background:
The purchase is being made under SBUH's discretionary authority as outlined in State Finance Law section 163(6) and NYS Education Law 355 (5)(a). This opportunity is specifically limited to New York State businesses certified under Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. The procurement is designated for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), in accordance with NYS Finance Law 139 j&k (Lobbying Law).

Contract Requirements:

• Vendors must be certified New York State businesses under Article 15-A.

• Successful contractors must submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms.
• Completion and submission of documents related to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k and Public Officers Law are required.
