Requested Work (Scope of Contract):
The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking to engage multiple firms (consultants) through Engineering Services Term Agreements. Under these agreements, selected firms will enter into a Master Term Agreement with SUCF, from which various project assignments may be issued as needed throughout the term.
Authorized projects under these Engineering Term Agreements may include, but are not limited to:

Background:
The SUCF intends to establish Master Term Agreements with several qualified engineering firms. These agreements will enable the Fund to assign various engineering projects as needed, supporting the ongoing maintenance, renovation, and improvement of SUNY facilities statewide.
Contract Requirements:
Firms selected for these Engineering Services Term Agreements must be capable of providing a range of planning and engineering services, including but not limited to:

- Other related services as directed

- Plumbing
- Ventilation
- Fire protection
- Communications systems
During construction, selected firms will be responsible for:
- Field administration
- Inspection
- Preparation of progress reports
- Management of biweekly progress meetings
