Endpoint Security 2026-2029

The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CNYRTA) is seeking bids from qualified professional organizations to provide licensing for the Endpoint Security application as detailed in the Official Tender. The scope of work includes:

• Supplying licenses for the specified Endpoint Security application
• Ensuring compliance with all requirements outlined in the Invitation for Bid Package

The solicitation is issued by the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CNYRTA), also referred to as the Authority.

This contract is part of CNYRTA's ongoing efforts to maintain robust cybersecurity measures through the use of licensed Endpoint Security solutions. The contract period will cover the years 2026 to 2029.

Contract requirements include:

• Certification that the bidder is not listed on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors
• Compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Regulations
• Affirmative assurance that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), minority/women owned business enterprises (M/WBE), and service disabled veteran owned businesses (SDVOB) will have full opportunity to participate and will not face discrimination based on sex, race, color, or national origin

• Interested individuals or firms may download the Invitation for Bid Package from centro.bonfirehub.com
• Bids must be submitted via centro.bonfirehub.com no later than 1:00PM EST on February 6, 2026
• Bids will be publicly opened at the submission deadline
• Late submittals will not be accepted or considered
• Bids will remain valid for sixty (60) days from the due date

• Bidders are responsible for all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their bids; CNYRTA is not obligated to reimburse any costs
• CNYRTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason
