Description

The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for a Driveway Prep & Sealing at our Elmwood Ave IRA located at 2325 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618. Contractor will be responsible for mandatory site visit to take place on Monday, July 1, 2024 @ 9:30am to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. Bids will not be accepted from vendors that do not attend this site visit. Vendors may also be disqualified from bidding if they arrive late to the site visit.

This is a NYS public works project, and prevailing wages must be paid.

To request an invitation for bid, reference the location and project title on company letterhead, including a current email address and or fax number. Via fax 585-461-8811 Attention: Franchesca Sagen or email to FL.Purchasing@opwdd.ny.gov. It is not required that we be notified ahead of time of your intent to attend the site visit.

Background
The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids for a Driveway Prep & Sealing at Elmwood Ave IRA located at 2325 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618. This is a NYS public works project, and prevailing wages must be paid.

Work Details
Contractor will be responsible for mandatory site visit to take place on Monday, July 1, 2024 @ 9:30am to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission.
The purpose of asking questions during the site visit is to obtain clarification to the enclosed Project Scope.
The project requires driveway preparation and sealing at the specified location.
The contractor must meet all local and state building codes for structural, electrical, plumbing or as applicable.
All material and tools on work site must be secure to provide safety to house staff and consumers.
Work site is to be cleared of debris and broom swept at the end of each day.

Period of Performance
The due date for bid submission is July 10, 2024, by 8:00 PM.
The contract term is 30 days after completion of the project.
Work must be guaranteed for at least one year.

The contract will be performed at 2325 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14618 in Monroe County.
