Scope of Work:
The contract requires qualified contractors to perform scheduled, periodic inspections and provide consulting services for elevators and escalators. These services will be conducted at various locations throughout the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Eastern Service Territory, Penn Station, and multiple Metro-North Railroad (MNR) locations.

Background:
The period of performance for this project is three (3) years, with two (2) additional one (1) year options. The contract is being offered as a firm, fixed-price agreement.
