Scope of Work Requested:
MR2 Construction Services LLC is seeking subcontractor and supplier proposals for the Discover Albany fit-out project at 41 State Street, Albany, NY. This is a design/build assist opportunity in collaboration with the design team of Architecture+ and Spatial Solutions. Work is anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2026.

• Participation in a design/build assist process with the current design team
• Providing detailed proposals, including any assumptions made regarding materials and equipment
• Ensuring all work is figured as a Capital Improvement
• Carrying prevailing wages
