Background
The State University of New York at Fredonia (SUNY Fredonia) is a public, comprehensive university located in western New York, with a mission to foster student success through small classes and experiential learning. The university aims to enhance its brand awareness and enrollment through integrated digital marketing efforts as part of its strategic plan, 'True Blue Transformation.' This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to engage a qualified digital marketing partner to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that elevate awareness and engagement among key audiences.
Work Details
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive digital marketing services including:
1. Development of an integrated, omnichannel strategy for awareness, engagement, and lead-generation campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic display.
2. Creation of ad copy and creative assets in various formats (static, video, animation) with quarterly refreshes.
3. Continuous optimization of digital campaigns including media buying and bid strategy management.
4. Provision of a real-time performance dashboard tracking key metrics like impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, and cost-per-lead.
5. Monthly performance summaries with insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Compliance with data privacy standards (FERPA, GDPR/CCPA) and maintenance of all campaign data as SUNY property.
Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year with options to renew for two additional one-year terms. The anticipated contract start date is July 1, 2026.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at SUNY Fredonia's campus located at 280 Central Avenue, Fredonia, NY 14063.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet specific qualifications including:
- A minimum of four years' experience in digital marketing across major platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram).
- At least three years working with higher education clients.
- Ability to establish credit lines with Facebook and Google for media purchases.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (preferably GA4) for performance measurement.
- Experience in keyword research and paid search strategy development.
- Compliance with diversity goals: 15.90% MBE and 14.10% WBE participation; 6% SDVOB goal.
