SUNY Morrisville is seeking proposals for its Digital Advertising 2025.

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS
Education Law 355(5)(a), for the above noted commodity/product or service. A
sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the
above commodity/product or service, you must contact the appropriately
designated Campus contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this
Advertisement Notice.

Background
SUNY Morrisville is seeking proposals for a comprehensive digital marketing campaign aimed at achieving undergraduate enrollment objectives. The contract will be awarded under the discretionary authority of NYS Education Law ยง355(5)(a). The selected digital marketing firm will begin engagement on July 1, 2025, with the campaign launching in September 2025 and continuing through June 30, 2026.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a digital marketing campaign. Proposal requirements include:

- A comprehensive overview of the firm, including history and services portfolio.
- Industries of expertise.
- General approach to developing campaigns.
- Implementation strategies.
- Management and optimization philosophies.
- A detailed breakdown of agency fees and media spend with an annual budget of $124,500.
- At least one to three recent case studies preferably in higher education.
- A list of three client references.

Proposals must also include a conclusion that articulates why the firm is a strong fit as a strategic marketing partner for SUNY Morrisville.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on July 1, 2025, and runs through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at SUNY Morrisville located in Madison County.

Bidder Requirements
There are no Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside requirements. However, there are subcontracting goals:

- 16% for Minority Owned businesses,
- 14% for Women Owned businesses,
- 6% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned businesses.
