Work Requested:
The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is seeking an engineering firm to provide design services for ecological services under a term agreement, applicable statewide. The work will be conducted under Project Identification Number (PIN): DE26.SW.ECO.

Background:
This contract seeks to retain qualified engineering firms to support statewide ecological service needs through a term agreement. No business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.

Contract Requirements:

• Firms must have an active electronic inventory to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for this project.
• Consultants who have not yet submitted an electronic inventory must first register in the CSSWeb application at https://www.dot.ny.gov/main/business-center/consultants/css-web.
• The Detailed Advertisement Request for Qualifications will specify whether subcontracting or joint ventures are permitted.
• All communications regarding this procurement must be directed through the Designated Contacts, in compliance with the State Procurement Act and Procurement Lobbying Law.
