Background
The Franklin County Land Bank (FCLB) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of a single-family home located at 92 Wawbeek Avenue, Tupper Lake, NY. The goal of this contract is to safely demolish the existing residential structure while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete demolition of the existing residential building, including all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The scope excludes the existing detached garage, which must be protected from damage during the project.

Specific tasks include:
- Obtaining all necessary permits and licenses;
- Providing at least 24 hours' notice before commencing work;
- Ensuring all utilities are disconnected;
- Managing dust and debris;
- Properly disposing of demolition materials at the County Landfill in Constable, NY;
- Providing before and after time/date-stamped photos of the property;
- Contacting the Land Bank for a final inspection.

Additionally, site grading and partial backfill will be required after debris removal to confirm foundation depth and ensure proper drainage as per engineered plans.
