The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT) is seeking bids for the delivery of asphalt to be used during the construction season at various sites within Akwesasne, NY. Work Details
Bidders are required to provide asphalt in accordance with the following specifications:
- NYSDOT Type 3 - Binder
- NYSDOT Type 2 - Binder
- NYSDOT Type 6 - Top
- NYSDOT Type 7 - Top.
All bid prices must be all-inclusive, covering fuel, transportation, labor, materials, and overhead. A fuel index will be utilized for price adjustments based on the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price for the Central Atlantic region. Adjustments will only apply if the fuel index changes by more than ±10 percent from the base price established on the bid closing date. The Internal Cost Factor (ICF) will also be applied based on distance to work sites for evaluation purposes.
Period of Performance
The contract period is set from June 27th, 2026, until December 31st, 2026.

The asphalt will be delivered to the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe and scattered sites in Akwesasne, New York.
