The Newy York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) is interested in entering into discretionary contractual service with a NYS Minority or Women Owned Business (MWBE), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) or Small Business Enterprise (SBE). DCJS is seeking Network Implementation and Network Support services for eleven (11) Crime Analysis Centers (CAC's). DCJS is looking to procure network support for our CAC's throughout New York State. Services would need to include the following but are not limited to: Change IP's on Servers to determine NAT. Add appropriate IP blocks to core switches. Trunk Subnet to ESX Servers. Update Active Directory Sites/Services for new subnet. Contact Counties/Agencies for network configurations. Review VPN configurations with 10 Counties/Agencies with subnet block. Provide specialized onsite IT support services as needed. Install, configure, troubleshoot and manage HP and DELL servers including implementation of backups and restoration of data to include license plate reader servers. Install and configure Dell and HP network switches. Install network cable. Security Clearance is required for access to Albany Police Department, Albany Co., Franklin Co., Oneida Co., Orange Co., Erie Co., Onondaga Co., Suffolk Co., Niagara Co, Broome Co., NYS Police and Monroe Co. server rooms and all connected environments. On-site installations of software (including mapping software) Participation and presentation during meetings with local and state partners to support NYS Crime Analysis Center operations Travel time and related expenses are not billable. Working knowledge of the Raytheon Forcepoint DIG and Forcepoint Data Analyzer network interface including configurations and network connections. Networkwide Digital signage management including equipment configuration, deployment and networking Have a cyber response plan in place to immediately address and rectify cyber-attacks, including denial-of-service, ransomware, viruses, etc. Configuration and Management of a Microsoft Azure for Government environment and its connections to hundreds of law enforcement partners.

The goal of this contract is to provide Network Implementation and Network Support services for eleven Crime Analysis Centers (CACs) across New York State, enhancing the operational capabilities of these centers.
Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive network support services, which include but are not limited to:
- Changing IP addresses on servers to determine NAT;
- Adding appropriate IP blocks to core switches;
- Trunking subnets to ESX servers;
- Updating Active Directory Sites/Services for new subnets;
- Contacting counties/agencies for network configurations;
- Reviewing VPN configurations with 10 counties/agencies with subnet blocks;
- Providing specialized onsite IT support services as needed;
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing HP and DELL servers including backups and restoration of data for license plate reader servers;
- Installing and configuring Dell and HP network switches;
- Installing network cables.
Security clearance is required for access to various county server rooms. The contractor will also be responsible for on-site installations of software, participation in meetings with local and state partners, managing digital signage across the network, having a cyber response plan for cyber-attacks, and configuring Microsoft Azure for Government environments connected to law enforcement partners. An all-inclusive hourly rate contract will be established, with travel time and related expenses not being billable.
Period of Performance
The contract term is set for 5 years.
Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be Albany, New York, with services extending throughout all counties in New York State.
