Creation of New Official Seal for Ontario County

Background
The County of Ontario is seeking proposals for the creation of a new official seal and branding manual. This initiative aims to unify the county's branding by incorporating elements from existing logos to reflect the county's identity and values. Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for designing a new official seal that includes elements from current County logos. The design must be versatile for both physical and digital use, scalable, and adhere to accessibility standards.

Additionally, the vendor will create templates for various county department uses, including:
- Letterheads
- Business cards
- Email signatures
- PowerPoint presentations
- Report covers
- Signage
- Apparel
- Badges
- Public-facing elements like banners.

The final deliverables include multiple file formats (.ai, .eps, .png, .jpg, .pdf) and editable templates in formats such as Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign. A style guide detailing usage guidelines will also be required.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to be completed within 90 days from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place in Ontario County, New York.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and disability benefits coverage as per New York State law. They should also submit a proposal form that includes detailed pricing breakdowns for required and optional deliverables.

Vendors are required to have a written policy addressing sexual harassment prevention in the workplace and provide annual training to employees.
