Description

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Cook Chill Production Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Cooking Bags for Food Distribution at Cook Chill Production Center, located at 145 Old Orangeburg Road Orangeburg, NY. 10962

The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the attached OMH Contract Boilerplate.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, May 15, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on May 22, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, May 29, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.

Background
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure Cooking Bags for Food Distribution at the Cook Chill Production Center located at 145 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962. This procurement is initiated through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to ensure effective food distribution while adhering to specific operational standards outlined in the contract boilerplate.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Cooking Bags as specified in Appendix D of the OMH Contract Boilerplate.
