Convert SAS Code to Oracle PL SQL #3

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.
The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) Office of Information Technology seeks M/WBE vendor who will be responsible for converting SAS code into Oracle database Tables, views, procedures, packages and functions. They also will be helping to create, design, database tables write packages, stored Procedures, and functions with industry standard to make sure queries running fast.
As of August 2, 2021, all new hires must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, unless they have been granted a reasonable accommodation for religion or disability.
