Description

The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to Design a Kitchen at our Cobblestone 103 IRA located at 103 Cobblestone Terr, Newark, NY 14513. Architect/Engineer will be responsible for mandatory site visit to take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 @ 9:00am to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission. Bids will not be accepted from vendors that do not attend this site visit. Vendors may also be disqualified from bidding if they arrive late to the site visit.

Prevailing Wage is not a requirement of this project.

To request an invitation for bid, reference the location and project title on company letterhead, including a current email address and or fax number. Via fax 585-461-8811 Attention: Franchesca Sagen or email to FL.Purchasing@opwdd.ny.gov. It is not required that we be notified ahead of time of your intent to attend the site visit.

Background
The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to Design a Kitchen at our Cobblestone 103 IRA located at 103 Cobblestone Terr, Newark, NY 14513. The agency is responsible for mandatory site visits to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission.
Prevailing Wage is not a requirement of this project.

Work Details
The Design Vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete a fully comprehensive drawing design and specification generation of the services required in a professional manner. The scope of work includes design services, drawing designs and specifications in accordance with specific OPWDD requirements, product specification data, and document submissions.
Additionally, the contractor must provide (2) sets of 24” x36” blueprints upon completion and a design proposal including a time schedule for the Design Services and a Probable Construction Cost Estimate.

Period of Performance
The contract term is 30 days after completion of the project.

The contract will be performed at 103 Cobblestone Terr, Newark, NY 14513, Wayne County.
