Cisco WebEx Calling Cloud Connect Services

Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) utilizes Cisco WebEx calling for hosting voice and contact center services. To increase redundancy and remove the need to have calls routed physically to Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook Medicine Information Technology Unified Communications would like to implement Cisco Webex Calling Cloud Connect Services. This will allow the hospital to move many of the existing calling plans from on-premises telephony services to be cloud-based.

SBUH is seeking a company to provide integration services and maintenance support with the Cisco WebEx Calling Cloud Connect Services.

- POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST BE:A CISCO WEBEX CERTIFIED CALLING CLOUD PROVIDER. CERTIFICATION MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO RECEIVING BID SPECIFICATION.

- POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST BE A CISCO PREMIER PARTNER. CERTIFICATION MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO RECEIVING BID SPECIFICATION.

- POTENTIAL BIDDERS must be a U.S.A. based company and assure that absolutely NO cloud hosting will be used outside the United States of America. SBUH will not contract with companies outside the United States of America.
