- System configuration and deployment.
- Integration with existing institutional systems.
- Knowledge base configuration.
- Accessibility validation to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Security compliance documentation.
- Staff training on the new system.
- System testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
The solution must provide 24/7 student support, enable proactive outreach, reduce administrative workload, and cater to multiple student populations and departments.
Period of Performance
The contract will be established for a three-year term with the possibility of two one-year extensions based on mutual agreement between SUNY Empire and the selected vendor.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at SUNY Empire's locations across New York State and may include remote support as necessary.
