OPWDD's Capital District DDSO is looking to obtain quotes to procure the conversion of the existing bathroom to an ADA compliant bathroom per the attached scope of work.

Please be advised, attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. If your company would like to be considered for this project, please review the attached documents and submit your quote using the attached RFQ form to Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov no later than 2:30 p.m., 01/06/2025.

To be considered for this project, all quotes must be submitted on the RFQ Form provided and include the materials and labor cost break down.

Background
The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is seeking quotes for the renovation of a bathroom located at 65 Worth Road, Ganesvoort, NY.
