OPWDD's Capital District DDSO intends to procure the replacement of a driveway (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority.

Please be advised, attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. If your company would like to be considered for this project, please review the attached documents and submit your quote using the attached Official Bid Form to Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov no later than 2:30 p.m., 06/04/2025.

To be considered for this project, all quotes must be submitted on the Official Bid Form provided and include the materials and labor cost break down.

  • Vendors / sub-contractors must be registered with NYS DOL in order to submit a quote. A copy of the certificate must be sent to us with your quote (see guidelines in the documents tab.)
