Requested Work:
Sourcewell is seeking proposals for Catalog Solutions that provide Public Safety, Rescue, and Emergency Management Equipment, Tools, and Supplies. The goal is to establish a comprehensive procurement solution that will be available for use by Sourcewell's Participating Entities.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Supplying a wide range of equipment, tools, and supplies for public safety, rescue, and emergency management applications
• Offering catalog-based solutions that can be accessed by a variety of public sector organizations

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by Sourcewell, a local government unit and service cooperative based in the State of Minnesota. Sourcewell's Participating Entities encompass thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies across the United States and Canada.

Background:
Sourcewell is committed to providing procurement solutions that meet the needs of its diverse Participating Entities. The organization encourages the involvement of Small, Minority-owned, Women's Business Enterprise, and Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE/VBE) suppliers, both as prime contractors and subcontractors. No business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.

Contract Requirements:
Suppliers must provide catalog solutions for public safety, rescue, and emergency management equipment, tools, and supplies. Participation from S/M/WBE/VBE suppliers is strongly encouraged.

Instructions on Submission:
Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov. Only proposals submitted via this portal will be considered.

The deadline for proposal submission is May 12, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Late proposals will not be considered.
