Sealed bids for the Cass Park: Pavilion and Restroom Improvement Project, will be received by Scott Andrew at the Office of the City Controller of the City of Ithaca, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 until 2:00 PM, Thursday May 8, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

This is a multi-prime contract project that will consist of all work associated with the

General Construction...............Contract No. 1

Mechanical Construction..........Contract No. 2

Plumbing Construction.............Contract No. 3

Electrical Construction.............Contract No. 4

There will be a voluntary pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM on Thursday April 24, 2025 at the Cass Park Pavilion (121 Turtle Ln, Ithaca, NY 14850).

The BID PACKAGE, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, BID, Agreement, Supplemental Conditions, Bond Information, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda may be downloaded / printed from the City's Website at: www.cityofithaca.org/bids

All questions for clarification must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Johnathan Licitra (project manager) jlicitra@cityofithaca.org and the Appropriate Design Team of Record by no later than the end of day on Thursday May 1, 2025.

Bidders' attention is directed to the Bidders qualifications requirement of this contract.

A completed bid form, as well as required submittals, including Non-collusion Certification, Iran Divestment Act Certification, and Bidders Qualification Statement must be submitted with the Bid proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Owner.
