The Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office (DDSO) is soliciting bids for the design of a new septic system at the Caledonia IRA located at 328 Grand Cir, Caledonia, NY 14423.

- Provide product specification data including construction details, material descriptions, dimensions, profiles, finishes, and applicable schematics.
- All design documents must be submitted in Adobe (.pdf) format and CAD files for OPWDD records.
- Document submissions are required at routine intervals: 90% completion (issued for permitting) and 100% completion.
- Provide two sets of 24”x36” blueprints upon completion.
2. Construction Administration Services:
- Include a cost estimate for three site visits: initial meeting with the contractor, a visit during construction, and a final visit post-completion.
Period of Performance
The contract term is thirty (30) days after project completion.
