Brookhaven Calabro Airport: Replace & Relocate Existing Airfield Lighting Vault (AFLV

This is an invitation to submit a sealed bid for the furnishing of supplies, equipment and/or services subject to the terms and conditions and special instruction of this bid. Bids MUST be received and accepted at the Purchasing Division Office located at One Independence Hill, Third Floor, Farmingville, NY 11738 no later than 11:00 AM on the date indicated on the invitation to bid at which time the sealed bids will be opened and read aloud. Description of Project: Relocate and replace the existing Airfield Lighting Vault, Primary Windcone and Segmented Circle, as well as the Runway 24 Supplemental Windcone. Construction will include replacement of existing conduit, wiring, manholes as well as installation of a new emergency generator, above ground fuel tank, the requisite concrete pads and incidentals site improvements. A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on June 27, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Brookhaven Calabro Municipal Airport Administrative Building and Airport Terminal, 135 Dawn Drive, Shirley, NY 11967.
