Sullivan County is soliciting proposals for Broadband Project Management of the Catskills Open Access Network for Sullivan County. Specifically, the County is looking to contract with an experienced Broadband Project Management Firm (hereafter Project Manager ) who will work collaboratively and directly with County stakeholders and program partners in the County's interests. MWBE vendors are encouraged to participate.
