Bid for Library AV Room

Background
The Town of Yorktown, located in Westchester County, NY, is seeking bids for the construction and rehabilitation of a Library AV Room. The goal of this contract is to enhance the library's audio-visual capabilities, thereby supporting the Town's mission to provide quality services and resources to its community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the Library AV Room rehabilitation. This includes:

- All-inclusive pricing covering costs for parts and labor.
- Provision of all equipment, spare parts, warranties, performance guarantees, and service contracts as specified in the scope of work.
- Compliance with specifications outlined in Part Three of the Bid Documents.
- Preparation and submission of approved final 'As-builts', record drawings, guarantees, warranties, and operations and maintenance manuals.
- Securing all necessary permits for executing and completing the work.
- Adherence to prevailing wage rates as per Labor Law requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice of Award and is expected to be completed within a timeframe that aligns with the project schedule specified in the Bid Documents.
