Background
The Town of Yorktown, located in Westchester County, NY, is seeking bids for Boiler Maintenance and Emergency On-Call Services. This contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of boilers, burners, and furnaces at various Town buildings. The goal is to maintain safety and efficiency in heating systems across Town facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide annual maintenance and emergency on-call services for boilers, burners, and furnaces located at various Town buildings. The services include:

1) Annual cleaning and servicing of heat-producing units as specified;
2) 24/7 repair service availability;
3) Itemization of prior work experience with digesters and heat exchanges, including dismantling and cleaning of oil and combination gas/oil industrial boiler/burners.

The contractor must supply all necessary labor and materials for these tasks.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a two-year agreement with the option for the Town to extend it for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various Town buildings located in Yorktown Heights, NY.
