Background
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is issuing a solicitation for a Price List/Catalog Type Contract specifically for Brand Specific STRYKER Patient Care Medical Equipment, Products, Supplies, Accessories, and Genuine Repair/Replacement Parts. This contract aims to support the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) in fulfilling its mission to provide emergency services and ensure public safety.

The contract will be established as a 5-Year Requirements Contract with an option for a 1-Year Renewal at the City's discretion.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive catalog of STRYKER medical equipment and supplies. Bids must include a price list or catalog from the manufacturer STRYKER only; submissions of equivalent products will not be accepted.

The contract includes provisions for pricing based on discounts off the manufacturer's list prices, which may increase but never decrease during the contract term. All prices must cover delivery costs to specified locations within New York City, including handling and inside delivery. The contractor must ensure that all products comply with environmental standards and regulations set forth by the City.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2031, with an option to renew for one additional year at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance
The primary delivery locations are FDNY - Medical Equipment Unit at 34-11 47th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101 and FDNY - Medical Supply Unit at 50-11 34th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their proposals through the Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort). They are required to provide a complete price list/catalog from STRYKER as part of their bid submission. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable city regulations regarding procurement processes and environmental standards.
