Athletic Charter Flights for Football Program

Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide charter flight services specifically for the football program at SUNY Stony Brook. The flights must be delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with the specifications outlined in SUNY at Stony Brook IFB 25/26-095MC and associated exhibits.

The contractor is expected to begin providing these services on or about March 17, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter to facilitate flight deposits. Bidders must ensure that their proposals are complete and include detailed specifications if offering substitutes considered equal to those specified.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence on or about March 17, 2026, and will continue as needed based on the university's schedule and requirements for the football program.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in relation to travel for the football program based out of Stony Brook University, located at 100 Nicolls Road, Stony Brook, NY 11794.

Bidder Requirements
There are no specific set-aside certifications required for this contract; however, bidders should be aware that SUNY has established a goal of 0% participation for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE).
