2. Monitoring dark web sources for compromised applicant information.
3. Integration with existing systems such as Slate and other common admissions platforms.
4. Compliance with data privacy regulations including FERPA and GDPR.
5. User access management features, including role-based access controls and Single Sign-On (SSO) support.
6. Performance reliability with a requirement for 99.5% uptime.
7. Security measures including TLS encryption and compliance with SOC 2 or HECVAT standards.
Period of Performance
The contract will be established for a term of five years, starting on or near May 1, 2026.
Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at SUNY Empire's facilities located in Saratoga Springs, NY, although the software solution may operate in a cloud-based environment.
