3. 1 Year Advantage Ultra Service Plan for 0 Symmetra PX UPS 40kVA and/or PDU (Part Number: WADVULTRA-PX-24) for serial numbers PD1211350032, PD1213500076.
4. 1 Year AHR 7X24 Response Upgrade to Factory Warranty or Existing Service Contract (Part Number: WUPGHR-UG-01) for serial numbers PD1211350032, PD1213500076.
5. Data Center Expert: 1 Year NBD Contract (Part Number: WDEY1YRON-DIGI) for serial number DCEYR1Y05NM40.
6. Data Center Expert: 1 Year 25 Node Support (Part Number: WDEY1Y25N-DIGI).
7. Data Center Expert: 1 Year Virtual License (Part Number: WMS1YRVMW-DIGI).

The period of performance for this contract will be from January 15, 2026, to January 14, 2027.
