Procurement Description
We are seeking a next-generation cybersecurity solution that delivers autonomous threat detection and response capabilities across our enterprise network. The solution must leverage advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to identify, investigate, and respond to anomalous behaviors and cyber threats in real time, going beyond the reliance on predefined rules or signatures.

Scope of Services
The solution must support autonomous threat detection and response across up to 2,500 devices.
The solution must include hardware for use of included software.
Additional training services to be included.
Proposals should include the following (proposals that don't include the following may not be considered):
- Include all line items requested
- A detailed cost proposal.
- Certification regarding NYS Executive Order No. 16. All bidders must complete and submit the certification found in the link below.

Questions

Contract Award
The State University of New York intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000. A sealed bid opening will not be held. There is no RFP or IFB. Inquiries are to be made by email only and only to the designated contacts identified below. SUNY will make no reimbursement for travel or travel-related expenses. The University reserves the right to make no award.

Background

The goal is to leverage advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to identify, investigate, and respond to anomalous behaviors and cyber threats in real time, moving beyond traditional reliance on predefined rules or signatures.
Work Details
The solution must support autonomous threat detection and response across up to 2,500 devices.
It must include hardware necessary for the operation of the included software, as well as additional training services for users.
Proposals must include all requested line items, a detailed cost proposal, and certification regarding NYS Executive Order No. 16.
Additionally, completed MWBE/SDVOB forms are required.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period.
Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is the State of New York.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with MWBE requirements, ensuring good faith efforts to include meaningful participation by Minority and Women-Owned Businesses in contracts exceeding $25,000.
They must submit MWBE documentation with their proposals.
There are no Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise (SDVOB) set-aside requirements for this contract.
