Accruent (EMS)

Work Requested:
SUNY Oswego is seeking proposals for the provision of Accruent EMS, a resource management and room scheduling database. The work of the contract includes:

• Centralizing the coordination of physical spaces, equipment, and service personnel
• Implementing and supporting a unified workflow for resource management and scheduling

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego.

Background:
SUNY Oswego intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, as permitted by NYS Education Law 355(5)(a). Accruent LLC ( Accruent ) is identified as the sole manufacturer, supplier, distributor, and service provider for EMS Software ( EMS ). Identical or substantially similar procurement contracts have been awarded to Accruent LLC within the past five years.

Contract Requirements:
The contract will cover the acquisition and implementation of Accruent EMS, including all necessary services to centralize and streamline the management of campus resources, spaces, and scheduling.
