Background
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is issuing a solicitation to procure Sheeting Retroreflective Vinyl for Traffic Signs, Brand Specific for the New York City Department of Transportation.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of retroreflective vinyl sheeting specifically designed for traffic signs.

The products must be manufactured from recycled, recovered, or environmentally preferable materials to the maximum extent possible while meeting all specifications and performance criteria. The contractor must comply with the New York City Mayor's Executive Order No. 113 (1988), which prohibits the purchase of products made of polystyrene foam.

All items awarded under this contract must be delivered in compliance with specified packaging and delivery requirements, including notification protocols prior to delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract period is five years, starting from June 1, 2026, and ending on May 31, 2031. The city reserves the right to adjust these dates prior to and after contract registration.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will primarily be made to the New York City Department of Transportation located at 58-50 57th Road, Maspeth, NY 11378.

Bidder Requirements
Bids will only be accepted from manufacturers or their authorized distributors.

Bidders must submit a Manufacturer's Certificate (CF 07-REV.10-17) as proof of authorization. Additionally, vendors must comply with local laws regarding employee protections and provide usage reports upon request.
