Background
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to procure MRO: ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT & POWER TOOLS for the City of New York.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of electrical equipment and power tools as specified by the terms and conditions of the Contract. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before the time and at the place indicated in the Invitation for Bids. The envelope must be marked with the name of the person, firm or corporation presenting it, the bid opening date, bid number and bid title. The Bid and all other documents requiring signature must be signed, and the Bid signature on A-1 must be an original signature and notarized. The Bid shall be typewritten or written legibly in ink. The Bid shall be signed in ink. Erasures or alterations, including correction fluid/tape, shall be initialed by the signer in ink.

Period of Performance
The contract will remain in effect until a contract is awarded or the Bidder delivers to the City written notice of the withdrawal of its bid in advance of an actual award.
