Background
The Department of Design and Construction (DDC) of the City of New York is seeking a Special Inspector for the HH112KELC Special Inspections project. The DDC's mission includes overseeing public building projects to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

This contract aims to provide specialized inspection services necessary for the successful completion of the East 3rd Street Women's Shelter Building Upgrade project, located in Manhattan.

Work Details
The contractor will provide special inspection services as outlined in the special inspections memo, contract documents, and RFI Response Form. Specific tasks include conducting inspections on structural elements, ensuring compliance with building codes, and providing documentation of findings.
