E-Bidding: BWT-RH-097: The scope of work under this contract is to provide the necessary labor, material, equipment, services and incidentals as required for the upgrade of new Sludge Collector Drive System for Final Settling Tanks (the Work ) at the Red Hook Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (the WRRF or Site ). This Competitive Sealed Bid ( RFx ) is being released through PASSPort, New York City's online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort blue box. Background
The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of MCC buckets, wires, and conduits as part of an upgrade to the Sludge Collector Drive System for Final Settling Tanks at the Red Hook Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of wastewater treatment processes at the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals required for the upgrade. This includes but is not limited to:
- Replacement of MCC buckets
- Installation of new wires
- Installation of conduits
- Upgrading the Sludge Collector Drive System specifically designed for Final Settling Tanks.
The work must comply with all applicable regulations and standards.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all work is completed. The bid response date is set for June 13, 2024.
