Background
The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is seeking a contractor to remodel an existing bathroom in the Broome DDSO facility located at 249 Glenwood Road, Binghamton, NY.

- Include necessary holders and dispensers such as Grainger P#506K76 Toilet Paper Dispenser and Bobrick P# B-43644 Recessed Waste Receptacle.
- Ensure adequate lighting per code and perform all required electrical work, including third-party inspections.
- Conduct plumbing and ventilation work as per drawings, including relocating floor drains as needed.
- Remove all construction debris from the premises and ensure no damage occurs to existing structures outside the construction area.
Period of Performance
The contract term is set for 60 days from the date of award, with work expected to be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order.
