3 Year Maintenance & Repair of Elevator UPS & Emergency Power Equipment

Scope of Work:

The contract calls for the provision of all labor, materials, and tools required to maintain and repair existing uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and related emergency power equipment installed on traction elevators throughout the NYC Transit (NYCT) Subway System. The duration of the contract is three (3) years.

Requesting Agency:

This solicitation is issued by NYC Transit (NYCT).

Background:

The incumbent vendor for this contract is Quality Uptime Services. Similar goods or services have been procured from an out-of-state or foreign vendor within the past three years. Additionally, business enterprises have been awarded identical or substantially similar procurement contracts within the past five years.

Contract Requirements:

- Provide all necessary labor, materials, and tools
- Perform maintenance and repair on UPS and emergency power equipment
- Service covers traction elevators located throughout the NYCT Subway System
- Contract period is three (3) years
