Background
The Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Nassau County is issuing this bid to establish a price basis for the procurement of carpentry, cabinetry, and building supplies.

Work Details

Bidders are required to submit prices based on the most current published Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for all items listed.
The contract will include blanket purchase agreements for these items, allowing for flexible ordering based on actual needs throughout the school year.
Delivery must be made indoors unless otherwise specified, with a minimum order amount set at $25.00 and free freight terms applicable for orders meeting specific thresholds.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award, with potential extensions for two additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various locations within Nassau County as specified in individual purchase orders issued by Nassau BOCES or participating school districts.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all conditions outlined in the bid documents, including submission of a non-collusion certification as required by New York State law.
Additionally, bidders must provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for hazardous materials within two weeks of award notification and certify compliance with the Iran Divestment Act.
Participation is open to vendors who are not listed on the Prohibited Entities List.
