Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Removal of the existing dual fuel burner.
2. Installation of a new WEISHAUPT WM-GL30/2-A, ZM-T dual fuel burner with remote/free standing burner control panels (provided by OPWDD).
3. Installation of new Siemens gas trains, steam pressure transducers, and temperature probe for low fire hold (provided by OPWDD).
4. Installation of new Hays Cleveland draft controls, actuators, smoke opacity monitors, and thermocouple meter (provided by OPWDD).
5. Furnishing and installation of new burner refractory (to be provided by the vendor).
6. Furnishing and installation of all necessary piping, valves, and fittings for complete installation (to be provided by the vendor).
7. Conducting comprehensive start-up, functional testing, and performance verification of the installed burner system.
Period of Performance
The work must be completed within 30 working days from contract approval.
