Binghamton University is requesting a qualified contractor to provide the following services:
- Milling, paving, and site work as part of the 2026 Campus Infrastructure project.
- The contract is divided into a base bid and three alternates:
- Base Bid: Milling and paving of the university bus garage, including associated site work for storm drainage.
- Alternate 1: Milling and paving of Lot U.
- Alternate 2: Milling and paving of Lot LT South.
- Alternate 3: Milling and paving of Lot O1.

Contract Requirements:
- A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal of 6.00% applies to this contract.
- Minority/Women Business participation is also encouraged.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Conference Room C of the Physical Facilities Building. Please consult Binghamton University's website for parking instructions.
- Prospective bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, regardless of whether bidding documents were viewed or obtained elsewhere in electronic or paper format.
- The designated website and registered bidders will be periodically updated with addenda, plan holder lists, reports, and other relevant information.
